Details

This profile from the sending end has WebRTC logging and was started after the issue developed.
The receiving end had a "good" network connection according to whereby, and saw the A/V out of sync.
There were a couple of seconds in the RTT, which may have been getting worse during the call.
Not sure how helpful this profile is because the video was about 0.2s slow even in the self view due to additional load from the logging/profiler. The self view was back up to speed when logging was stopped.
