Open Page Info now, and click on Forms: Ctrl-I, Alt-F
I see an upper text field with 3 lines of text (form f), and a lower text field
with 2 lines.
In the upper field select the second item, unnamed form, method POST, to get
more lines in the lower field Fields.

Shift lower edge upwards to reduce height:
- When heighth of lower field reaches two lines, scroll bars appear: OK
- When heighth is further reduced, text and scrollbars don´t shrink but grow
over lower border, i.e. stick to their absolute position.
Shift up further, look at behaviour of top field.
This behaviour depends on the Width of Page Info:
Small width Page Info works correct in the upper window,
resized to more than two third of screen width same error pops up:
The window which was reduced to show all 3 lines shows 1 line in white, and the
other two in the fat border.

Seems like the text is visible, as long it is in a white field (ok)
or a gray border (not ok)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Page Info
2.Select Forms
3.Shrink Page Info vertically
4. repeat for different widths
Actual Results:  
Text stayed visible, when gray borders were shifted over it.

Expected Results:  
Text should become invisible.

Marking Severity Trivial, since nobody will resize Page Info to get no info.

This error can be seen in all fields but Security.
In Links it can be seen only with a wide window.
If you shift text on the border of Links and then select Security,
that text is on the border of Security, cleared only, if border of security is
moved.

Related to, but opposite of this bug, mac only:
