Syncing wpt PR 48204 found new untriaged test failures in CI

  • Property background-color value 'rgb(from currentcolor r g b)' should not leak :visited for computed style: FAIL

Probably a version of bug 1893966 here, at least.

This is passing now and the failing annotation was removed in bug 1893966
