Firefox freezes the moment a smart card is plugged in.

Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:130.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/130.0
Steps to reproduce:
Running on Fedora Workstation 40, Firefox 131 (not flatpak version), whenever I plug in a smart card via any of several readers.
Actual results:
Firefox freezes until the smart card is removed from the reader. I have been able to probe the smart card details from the CLI so the card is readable. The issue is temporarily "fixed" by removing the p11-kit-proxy security device, until it is re-added when firefox starts up again, but doing so also removes smart card functionality so it is not really fixed when doing so.
Expected results:
Firefox should not freeze.

Please try plain Mozilla binaries:

Thanks.
