1920599 - provide 'arch' as variable for test annotations

Description

The variables available for test annotations get logged here.
There is a call to updateMozinfo before which gets arch from mozInfo if the macOS version would match - but arch does not get logged as available annotation.

Set arch as available variable. If I remember correct, the plan is to move away from processor as variable.
