192066 - Drop Down menu on UComics.com web site don't work

When viewing comics on the  http://www.ucomics.com/shoe/   website, 
the Drop Down menu to  "GO" to another comic doesn't work.

Placing the mouse on the down arrow will momentarily display the menu, 
but when you move the mouse to try to Select another comic,
the menu disappears.

This is the only site I've noticed the problem on, so it is either a problem
with the 
Page itself, or UComics.com is using an obscure bit of code in their
implementation of
the drop down.

HOWEVER, I just upgraded from Mozilla  0.9  to  1.0 (I just installed Redhat 8.0),
and these pages worked Fine with the  0.9  release.


Oh, the first time I entered this and tried to submit it, I got a message that I
hadn't 
chosen a Component.   
Unfortunately, the error routine Erased everything I'd already typed and I had
to retype it.

It would be nice if That Problem could Also be fixed.  <G>

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.   Go to  http://www.ucomics.com/shoe/
2.   Try to GO  to another comic.
3.

Actual Results:  
The Drop Down menu disappears as soon as you move the mouse off the down arrow. 

Expected Results:  
Allowed me to select a different comic from the drop down list.

I see the problem with a current build, but I expect this is a duplicate.
