I'm having trouble logging into GitHub, and I'm being sent to the SAML_issues page. And per that page here is my information:

GitHub Username: nickgrato
GitHub Org: mozilla-fakespot
In the URL of that SAML_Issues page I have the following "dbg=XXXX" in the URL:

I got three invites today - the other 2 worked fine but this one did not get past the saml validation page.

Can you go to https://sso.mozilla.com/info and verify that mozilliansorg_ghe_mozilla-fakespot_users is in the list of groups on that page?

Also, please try logging out and back in to sso.mozilla.com

Alright - the sso.mozilla.com/info page was not showing him as a member, but people.m.o was. Logging in/out didn't help - so I removed him from the group and re-added.

That seems to have resolved things.
