Steps to reproduce:
On Fedora 40 install Firefox as flatpak
In settings try to change “save files to” directory from Downloads to Documents
Actual results:
“Save files to” directory stay the same
Expected results:
“Save files to” directory changed to Documents

Please check the browser.download.dir in about:config after the change.
I checked the bug after installing latest fedora updates and all seems to be working fine.
browser.download.dir /run/user/1000/doc/5ebc4fae/Documents
Although when selecting "Documents" as folder it does not look as pretty as when selecting "Downloads", I don't know if its important .

This will be fixed with this change once xdg-desktop-portal 1.20.0 is released. The Firefox counterpart has been already implemented.
