I'm trying to add sylvestre (Sylvestre Ledru) to the https://github.com/orgs/mozilla-partners/teams/mozilla-releng team, but it says they aren't a member of the org.

So, adding a member to an org- we have a template for that here --- but you've given us enough information.

You're a maintainer of the requested team, so this is self approving.

cc'ing Sylvestre so they get the directions:

Sylvestre - you should be getting the invite from the GitHub org - you don't need to do the SAML dance to sign into this one. If you can't find that GitHub invite, go to the following link and next to the desired organization name, there should be an option to accept an invite. https://github.com/settings/organizations

Note that invites expire after a week, and so if you need things re-sent please update this bug.
