ICS calendar is not cached even when "offline support" is enabled

Steps to reproduce:

  • Add an ICS calendar and select "Offline support"
  • Some time later, the calenar goes defunct, i.e. the URL is no longer available

Actual results:

The calendar gets disabled and I can no longer see any events in the calendar.

Expected results:

The last "good" version of the calendar should be cached so that I can still see the events.

Oh, strangely after restarting Thunderbird the events are back. That's good, but I shouldn't have to restart Thunderbird for this.

Or maybe this got fixed in 128.3 (the restart was the update from 128.2).
