Steps to reproduce:
Added an attachment (Test.pdf) to an email. Right clicked on that attachment and chose "Rename" in the context menu.
Actual results:
The attachment rename dialog window opened and there the entire file name including extension ".pdf" is selected by default (see screenshot).
Expected results:
Only the file name without the extention ".pdf" should be selected by default.
This way users can start typing in a new name without accidentally altering/removing the extension.
This would be a huge time saver and prevent accidental changes to the extension which could render the file unusable.
