Expected Results: My printed start printing the document, and no crash I belive it's Phoenix bug because it print find with : Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:1.0.1) Gecko/20020826

Phoenix can print the page fine in letter, but it crash if the paper format is set to A4. This seem to be a american vs europeen issue :-)
I just tried the reproduce this bug using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030206 Phoenix/0.5 and it worked for me without any problems when printing on A4. Can you give it a try using the latest nightly build from ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/phoenix/nightly/latest-trunk/phoenix-win32.zip installed in a _new_ directory and with a fresh profile? Additionally it may be helpful to know what printer you're using and - if available - which driver-version! One last question: does the crash occur right after the print progress bar reaches 100% or does it crash somewhere in between 0% and 100%?
While doing some more testing on this I found an additional issue: if I switch to another application while the printing dialog displays "preparing" and then switch back to Phoenix, the [cancel]-button of the printing-dialog disappears after 1-2 seconds, but I think, this is more a Mozilla-problem rather than a Phoenix-bug.
Did some further testing with Mozilla and Mozilla crashed very often (but not always) when trying to print this file with Acrobat PDF writer. Finally it also crashed when trying to print on our Laser printer (but also sporadic). => Seems to be a Mozilla problem - I will do some further testing and move bug to Mozilla in order to be able to use Talkback!
Meanwhile I'm not able to repoduce this bug any more on Mozilla printing on Adobe PDF writer or on our network laser printer. Only the problem with the vanishing [Cancel] button still exists if the displayed title string in the printing dialog is too long. Guillaume: can you please try again with the latest nightly of Phoenix? If nobody else is able to reproduce this I suggest resolving this bug as WFM. For the problem with the [Cancel] button I will check, if a related bug for Mozilla already exists...
Guillaume, can you please try with the latest nightly?
I suggest WFM if we hear nothing further from reporter.
Unable to reproduced the bug with the lastest nightly. Sorry for the long it took me to test. The machine I used is being a firewall with a administrator that consider Phoenix as too big to let it be download as a regular file. Ths about give the following id on the version I tested with : Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030329 Phoenix/0.5
Thanks for the update, Guillaume. Resolving as WFM.
