Improve the visibility of the private browsing mask button

There are 2 major issues with the current design:
- It is hard to tell that the mask button on the top right is actually a button and will switch between private and regular browsing mode. We should either get rid of this or make it more obvious that that's in fact a button with that specific functionality.
- Although when switching to private browsing mode the background color changes from white to purple, there's no easy way to tell if user is in private vs public mode (unless you read a paragraph in small text that briefly mentions "private browsing"). Can we update the title of a private home page "Firefox Preview" to specify that we are in private browsing?
