1921319 - Crash in addressbook and chat when using voiceover

This happened reproducible while uploading an image in the address book. It happened about 75% of the time maybe more. In chat when receiving a message it seemed to happen about 10% of the time. I only noticed it these two places because i was testing aria-live regions and these are two of the only ones we have it may happen other places but i have not previously experienced this.

Unfortunately I'm not to reproduce this.
I've been running voiceover for a few days and using both ESR and trunk, uploaded multiple pictures to various contacts but never experienced a crash.

Could you write the exact steps that caused you to crash?
