Let's please remove the shortcuts from <textarea> and only leave them in <contenteditable> as we want to avoid displaying shortcuts in small-ish input fields like Calendar or Search.

Priority: P1 → P2

Postponing for now as we made a decision to roll out custom prompts in 132, and that increases the value of the shortcuts.
