Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://gigharborwa.portal.civicclerk.com/event/608/files/attachment/559
  2. Observe

Expected Behavior:
PDF loads

Actual Behavior:
PDF not loaded

Notes:

  • Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
  • Does not reproduce in Firefox Nightly, Firefox Release, and Chrome
