The Junk Status column displays a small trashcan if a message is declared Junk,
but an indeterminant little circle if the message is either non-Junk or of
unknown junk status.  The user would be better informed (and, I believe,
visually encouraged to actively train the junk mail filters) if there were clear
"this is NOT junk" and "I don't really know if this is junk" icons/indicators.

Removing the unknown state in the UI was a bug fix, see bug 182386.  Please
comment in that bug if you disagree.  This should be resolved as invaild or
enhancement, since app currently works as designed.
