Steps to reproduce:

Hardware: Intel Kaby Lake laptop Dell XPS 13 9360
OS: Debian sid/unstable with Firefox Nightly
Profile: https://share.firefox.dev/3XBhrJW

On a laggy system with tabs open about:processes.

Actual results:

High CPU usage is shown in about:processes. Take a profile and see BHR-detected hang.

Expected results:

No hangs should happen.
