User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:130.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/130.0

Steps to reproduce:

New install of windows
install firefox via winget (newest version of winget and firefox.)
used the winget package Mozilla.Firefox
Attempted to sign into sync

Actual results:

Sync authenticates but never pulls down bookmarks, extensions, etc
The sync icon in the top right has an exclamation mark and it states "Account Disconnected"


Troubleshooting done:
reinstalled after deleting the following

rm C:\Users\Drew\AppData\Local\Mozilla -Recurse -Force
rm C:\Users\Drew\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla -Recurse -Force
rm C:\ProgramData\Mozilla* -Recurse -Force

Registry:
Any mention of mozilla in HKCU:\Software
Any mention of mozilla in HKLM:\Software
Any mention of mozilla in HKLM:\Software\WOW6432Node

Same issue occurred.

Also attempted to do the above but reinstalled v129.0.

Expected results:

Firefox Sync stays connected and pulls down account information

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Sync' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
