Removing perf impact flag and adding to memory investigation meta bu - please continue to provide additional details to help us remedy any possible issues

GMail and Extensions seem to be responsible for the largest amount of memory usage here. It's possible the extensions are also somehow interfering with GMail memory usage, could you see if the bug gets better when running without extensions?

I found out it was the "Lightbeam" extension causing the memory leak, now it updated and the browser feels normal again. Thanks for everything!
