The "#anchorname" link at end of page url should be ignored when loading a page
via the "Open Page" or "Recent Pages" menu items.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. View any page containing a named anchor link in browser
2. Use File | Edit Page [A new Composer window with page is loaded]
3. Go back to browser window.
4. Click on the named anchor
5. Use File | Edit Page again

Actual Results:  
A second new Composer window is loaded.

Expected Results:  
The previous Composer window should be found, since the page isn't different.
