1923067 - No error is displayed for an empty Username field when saving a password

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Settings - Passwords - Saved passwords.
2. Tap on the "+ Add password" button.
3. Type in a valid site.
4. Leave the "Username" field empty (By typing something then tapping on "x").
5. Type in a valid password.

Expected behavior

• An error message is displayed with "Enter a username" text in red under the field.
• The field line turns red.
• An exclamation mark icon is displayed on the right end of the field.

Actual behavior

There is no error displayed. The password is successfully saved without an username.

• Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 133 (2024-10-07), Firefox 132 Beta 3, Firefox 131.0
• Android device model: Xiaomi 12T (Android 12), Samsung S24 Ultra (Android 14)
