Details

There are some folders for which I always want to see the message pane, some folders for which I never do. I don't know if this is typical or if I'm an outlier.

I wonder if it might make sense to make the message pane visibility setting saved per folder instead of globally, so it disappears or appears automatically when the user selects a folder based on what the setting was the last time the user was viewing that folder.
