Drag and drop works nicely in daily and work week views. But when you try to drag and drop a calendar event (including all day events) in month or multi-week view, the event does not get dragged nor moved.

Looks like a regression on the fixed bug 1590505

In 128.3.2 and Daily all events apart from all-day events can be dragged just fine according to my tests. See bug 1922944 comment 27 for more details.
