When using the keyboard to navigate, the context menu for links, when activated
via keyword, is not placed correctly, sometimes resulting in the menu not being
visible.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Browse to a page that is scrollable.
2.Tab continuously until a link that is near the lower portion of the screen has
focus
3.Press the Context Menu Key (available in most Windoze Keyboards)

Actual Results:
The context menu appears off to the bottom, aproximately 50 pixels down.

Expected Results:
The bottm of context menu should be on the link, just like when pressing the RMB
Summary: Menu is not correctly positioned when activated by Context Menu Key → Menu is not correctly positioned when activated by Context Menu Key

I haven't read though the bugs completely, but this looks similar to bug 120714,
bug 64902 and bug 110801.
