When you install Mozilla, it automatically puts an icon for itself on the
desktop. I don't want icons on my desktop, so I then have to delete the icon and
empty the recycle bin every time I install a new build. Installers should always
ask the user before putting things on the desktop, IMO--in my experience, icons
put on the desktop without asking are usually a marker for annoying software
that doesn't care about the user.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Mozilla
Actual Results:  
An unwanted icon appears on my desktop.

Expected Results:  
Installer asks me first whether I want the icon (i.e. via a checkbox like the
Quick Launch option).

This is a valid RFE. UNCO -> NEW

I agree. Not only does the installer add a desktop icon, but also an icon to the
Windows Quick Launch bar. This should also be optional.

It is indeed. That bug needs "desktop" or something in the title so people can
find it, judging by the number of dupes.
