192424 - Very long downloads never appear once they finish downloading

I've been able to reproduce this error over the past couple of months using
nightlies.  I've tried downloading a very large file over HTTP or FTP (doesn't
matter) such as the Mandrake Linux ISO, and the download finishes, but once the
download is finished, the file never appears in the location I specified for it
to be downloaded to.  It is not in /temp either.  I have reproduced this bug 6
times (that's 4 gigs of transfer) trying to get the Mandrake ISO.

I am not sure if this bug is due to the very large size of ISOs, or because of
the long time it takes to download them (usually 8+ hours).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto above URL
2. Download the ISO.
3. Check back in 8-14 hours.
4. Get very angry because you cannot find the file anyway, especially not on the
desktop (where I chose to download it to) or in /temp
5. Wash, rinse, fail.


Expected Results:  
The Mandrake ISO appears on my desktop after about 10 hours.

Using the latest nightly (2003022108), I downloaded the ISO at 133K/sec.  It
finished in about an hour and a half, and the file appeared.

So, I can assume that size is not the problem, and that the problem is in the
length of time the download runs for.  

I will try to find a really slow mirror and download the ISO again from it, and
if can reproduce the bug, then I think it has to do with the long length of time
the download goes on for.
