Running make build-searchfox-repo or make webtest (that builds searchfox repo) with some uncommitted changes results in error during the output phase, because of the inconsistency between the git history data and the actual file.
And also the error is not directly shown in the output because the output phase is using parallel command.
It's nice to detect it in early phase, with more helpful error message.
