OK, first, I don't see Alexander in bugzilla, so I can't cc them here for directions.
Next, they need to have their GitHub identity linked to their people.m.o profile - I'll send and email with directions, I'll cc you for awareness.

Fortunately you're a maintainer for all the teams requested, so I don't need any further approvals.

And apparently I neglected to send this comment.
