192463 - File is not saved when closing phoenix browser window

When I download a file (using the download progress window) and close the main
Phoenix window (the download is still in progress), the file won't be saved in
the location I specified, but opening Phoenix again, and redownloading the file
makes the file appear instantly.
When downloading with the main windows open there is no problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start downloading a file
2. Close the main browser windows
3. Wait until download complete

Actual Results:  
The file desn't appeared at the specified location

Expected Results:  
Saved the file and created it in the specified location
