Preconditions:
- ETP set to STRICT
- Clean profile
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://www.wowway.com/
- Observe the page.
Expected Behavior:
The page is displayed.
Actual Behavior:
The page is blank.
Notes:
- Not reproducible with ETP STANDARD/turned OFF
- Reproducible on the latest Nightly
