Creating a bug to request data review for getting trial access to Maxmind's GeoIP2-Enterprise-ISP.csv dataset.

Description

Maxmind has a dataset (GeoIP2-Enterprise-ISP.csv) describing the types of the ISPs that they currently report for our Telemetry users. We want to access that dataset to categorize the types of telemetry users based on those dimensions.

We're currently requesting a CASA request to get trial access to this dataset, and explore if it's helpful for us to identify enterprise, and other use cases that may cause duplicate profiles.

Why does this need data review? Was this an explicit requirement from legal? This is not a new data collection.
