Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:132.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/132.0
Steps to reproduce:
The New Tab button moves itself to the left side of my tabs every time I restart the browser. I prefer it on the right and am customizing my toolbar on every start up, and the button remains there for a session but once I restart it moves back to the left side.
This started happening after a recent update messed up my toolbar customization in general, the bookmarks toolbar was showing but empty and some of the buttons got moved around. Though I was able to resolve most of this just by reediting my toolbar the New Tab button really wants to be on the left.
Actual results:
The New Tab button is moving itself to the left of tabs out of set customized position to the right side of the tabs on browser startup.
Expected results:
The New Tab button does not move lol

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Tabbed Browser' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Please see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1919721#c61
You will need to use the Restore defaults once, then customize the toolbars again to your preferences.
