Details

If I reply to a mail message and I have the "always send plain text mail"
checked, it will always use the html editor for replies.  I don't have the box
checked for the account that says to send html mail.  akk has verified this.
This was working in yesterday's build, but in today's (11/18) the box always
stays unchecked (implying plaintext) but the pref is always set to html and
gives an html compose window.
