Currently for landscape and tablet toolbar, we use a different tab count button that doesn't have content description. Add content description so talkback can read it.

Current behavior in the latest Nightly 134.0a1 from 11/08 (for new toolbar):

Phone device: Home page view:

• Portrait mode: Talkback reads “Tabs open: X. Tap to switch tabs. Double tap to activate. Double tap and hold to long press.”
• Landscape mode: Talkback reads “Tabs open: X. Tap to switch tabs. Double tap to activate. Double tap and hold to long press.”

Phone device: Website view

• Portrait mode: Talkback reads “Tabs open: X. Tap to switch tabs. Double tap to activate. Double tap and hold to long press.”
• Landscape mode: Talkback reads “Tabs. Double tap to activate. Double tap and hold to long press.”
  Tested with Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (Android 14). -> Still an issue

Tablet device: Home page view:

• Portrait mode: “Tabs open: X. Tap to switch tabs. Double tap to activate. Double tap and hold to long press.”

• Landscape mode: Talkback reads “Tabs. Double tap to activate. Double tap and hold to long press.”-> Still an issue
  Tested with Samsung GalaxyZ Fold 4 (Android 13)
