Steps to reproduce:

add https://getpocket.com/home as a bookmark
close tab, open an empty tab, delete history
in URL bar type "pocket"

Actual results:

Neither getpocket.com nor https://getpocket.com/home is being suggested

Expected results:

either of the 2 should be suggested
