Details

Allow configuration of the showing the "Other bookarks" button via Nimbus. This is currently controlled by this pref and could be added to the bookmarks Nimbus feature.

This bug was created in response to a QA bug (bug 1925565) that resulted due to this button pushing the "Finish Setup" button out of view when a user imports their bookmarks. We decided this was not a blocker for the initial experiment, but this capability will be useful for the future.
