The GRE installer needs an option (via the cmdline and/or config.ini file) to simply update/create the appropriate windows registry keys *without* installing anything. This way, we can avoid saving the entire installation packages into ...\GRE\1.3b\Setup GRE, which is causing us bloat in terms of disk space requirements.
