I'm unable to reproduce the issue on Fx133.0 Nightly on macOS and Android. After a brief pause, payment page does load. Can you give this a try Leander?

Hey, I can not reproduce this issue on neither Release 131.0.3 Mac, Android nor Nightly 133 Mac, Andorid.

I could definitely reproduce the other day with ETP strict set and then again in PBM. Maybe it was something server-side. Sorry for the noise.
