Steps to reproduce:
TB said "Installing your updates".
Actual results:
Then I restarted it and the mail tab is blank and the address book tab is gone
Expected results:
duh... It should have looked and behaved like it did yesterday - that is, fully functional, not broken

Deleted 128 and installed 115. Ii5 works

Can you try Help | Troublshoot mode?
If still a problem with that, please report errors from the Error Console (Ctrl+Shift+J)

I could but that would mean reinstalling it which would undo all the work I put into reconfiguring 115
