1926938 - Add 'tb-mobile' trust group for Thunderbird mobile projects

We need a new trust group for Thunderbird for Android, so that it can be built on Taskcluster. The trust group could also be used by other Thunderbird mobile projects in the future.

Could a trust group named "tb-mobile" be added to Firefox-CI?

There's not really a place where we define trust domains, it's more like they're implicitly created as soon as something starts using them. Is mobile Thunderbird in a separate repo? If so we can create a trust domain when we add that repo to projects.yml. If not, then there's no need for a separate trust domain, we'll just re-use comm.

(An argument could be made that we should just re-use comm even if it does live in a separate repo).

Well that's good to hear! I think since we have a separate team for mobile development, we were hoping to have a trust domain separate from comm.

I've created a pull request that I'll reopen once our Thunderbird for Android taskgraph has been merged.
