Operating system: Windows 11/10
Firefox version: Firefox 131.0 (release)/133

Preconditions:

  • US VPN might be needed
  • Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://www.hellbenderhd.com/--inventory?condition=pre-owned
  2. Observe the product thumbnails.

Expected Behavior:
The product thumbnails are displayed.

Actual Behavior:
The product thumbnails are missing.

Notes:

  • Reproducible on the latest Firefox Release and Nightly
  • Reproducible regardless of the ETP setting
  • Works as expected using Chrome

There's an exciting exception:

Uncaught ReferenceError: WebKitMutationObserver is not defined

We could probably alias that?

I don't see an issue today, and it looks like the references to WebKitMutationObserver that I see in their code also check for regular MutationObserver. Calin, is it working for you as well?

I can still reproduce when searching for something, the initial URL in STR seems to redirect to homepage now. Tested with https://www.southerndevilhd.com/default.asp?page=xallinventory&customSearch=harley

The site's design is different now, and I see no trace of WebkitMutationObserver in their code (just the unprefixed version), so it should be safe to remove the intervention.
