If you're getting an email with atatchements you expect to get a scrollbar. It
won't be shown. But you can make them visible.

First time it happened, I haven't closed mozilla before. This was only to
reproduce the bug (2 times). Before receiving that email it's been the first
email I clicked after starting mailnews. I entered usegroups after starting
mailnews and read several postings. So the bug happened after a "really" restart
of the mail-element of mailnews.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get an email with 3+ attachements
2. close mozilla completely
3. open mailnews
4. click on the email-account/inbox with that new email
5. click on email
6. you see the email with atachements without scrollbar

7. click another email (without attachements)
8. click new email with attachements
9. you see the scrollbar
