Are you logging in within Firefox, e.g. to set up Sync, or just logging in on the web to access other services?
Upon login the account disconnects and prompts me to sign in with an authorization code every time.
Right after you log in, you get asked to log in again?
I had nearly the same issue. Except mine was the result of changing my password on my Mozilla account (Firefox account?) Seriously get your naming standardized. I shouldn't be staring at a web page that says accounts.firefox.com and the page saying Mozilla account.
The only way I could resolve the issue was to sign out and remove the account. I tried selecting the delete all saved passwords etc. That would crash Firefox. On the third attempt I selected remove account and left the data. Then I was able to log back in. Oddly enough... I did not have to enter any codes... I never had two-step authentication enabled so why it was demanding it on one machine after logging in is beyond me.
Hope this helps.
