Simply clicking on the Text field for the master password timeout (in the
Edit->Preferences dialog) will instantly crash the browser (and start
the feedback agent).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Edit->Preferences, Privacy and Security->Master Password
2.Click on the text field widget with the "0" minutes for timeout
3.Get the mozilla crashed error dialog and feedback agent
Actual Results:
it crashed
Expected Results:
it should never have crashed
Upgraded just now from 1.2.1

Reporter, if you installed 13.b over a previous install, delete
.\components\nppl3260.xpt and .\components\psm.xpt and the problem should go away.
