We need to decide whether or not we should disable Firefox Refresh for 134 or if we should make the migration work for 134.

The decision is to disable Firefox Refresh for 134 so we will use this bug to disabled Firefox Refresh for selectable profiles and profiles with a storeID.

Bug 1928138 will handle getting Firefox Refresh to work for Selectable Profiles.

Verified that Firefox Refresh is disabled on Firefox 134.0b10 on Windows 11 and macOS 15.
