192799 - Last 2 or 3 nightly builds suffer from random lockups. With clean install also.

Phoenix appears to be running fine. Page loads. Then locks. Need to Ctl-Alt-Del,
close program. Past 2 or 3 nightly builds have done it. Doesn't appear to be
page specific. It happens anywhere/everywhere. Only the past few builds have
been unstable on this machine.
Also Icon in systray has changed from Phoenix symbol (I think) to Micro$oft
Windows flag.

Apparently this is a duplicate of 192294. Particularly comment #14. Wait for 30 
to 40 seconds then hang
