Similar to the reasons Andre outlined in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1926864, we want to delete these deploy-* repos now that these projects are being deployed in Argo:

https://github.com/mozilla-sre-deploy/deploy-telescope
https://github.com/mozilla-sre-deploy/deploy-ctms

Alright - I confirm that these are private repos, and that the requestor is the only admin standing.

So, given the statement that the repos are no longer in use, and would thus only serve to cause confusion, and potential waste of resource (action minutes) ... I've deleted them.

Let us know if there's anything else you need.
