Preconditions

• Use AU VPN
• Have the following prefs set in about:config
  -- browser.search.region - AU
  -- extensions.formautofill.addresses.supportedCountries - AU
• Have at least one address saved in about:preferences

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/
2. Add an item to Cart and navigate to the checkout page
3. Trigger autofill from the First Name field
4. Edit the autofilled value for any of the Last Name / Email / Mobile field
5. Clear the form by using the "Clear Autofill Form" dropdown from the First Name field
6. Trigger again the autofill from the First Name field and observe the behavior

Expected result

• All fields are autofilled, except for the one edited in step 4

Actual result

• Postcode field is not autofilled

• See the attached video
• If attempting the autofill the Postcode field after performing the above steps, the Postcode, Addresses and Suburb fields are highlighted but remain empty
• The issue is intermittent and it usually reproduces on the first attempt
• Not reproducible in Chrome

Attachment: Fields being empty but highlighted after changing the country

The issue regarding Postcode, Addresses and Suburb fields being highlighted but empty can also be reproduced when changing the country after autofilling the form. Also, "Clear Autofill Form" dropdown is displayed when clicking on them (not reproducing on Chrome).
Please let us know if we should track this separately.

I can also confirm that I am no longer able to reproduce this using Firefox Nightly 140.0a1 (2025-05-06), on Windows 11 and macOS 14. Postcode field is now autofilled after edit/clear/re-autofill actions.
