Preconditions
- Use AU VPN
- Have the following prefs set in about:config
-- browser.search.region - AU
-- extensions.formautofill.addresses.supportedCountries - AU - Have an account for https://www.theiconic.com.au
Steps to reproduce
- Go to https://www.theiconic.com.au and sign in with the account from prerequisites
- Add an item to Cart and navigate to the checkout page
- Fill in manually the address form
- Submit the form and observe the behavior
Expected result
- The "Save Address" doorhanger should appear after the form is submitted
Actual result
- The "Save Address" doorhanger does not appear after the form is submitted

Additional notes
- See the attached video
- The Capture doorhanger is NOT triggered with the extensions.formautofill.addresses.capture.requiredFields set to empty
- Reproducible on Chrome as well
- I am uncertain if the "Save address" doorhanger should appear after submitting the form on checkout or after adding/updating an address in Account - Addresses menu (also not displayed)
